At PoultryParadise.com, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in hatching, handling, and shipping healthy poultry. Due to the nature of live animals, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with industry standards.

Live Poultry Policy (Chicks & Birds)

Because we sell live poultry, all sales are considered final once the order has shipped. We do not accept returns of live animals under any circumstances.

However, we do offer limited refunds or replacements under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

  • The chicks arrive deceased (DOA)
  • The issue is reported within 2 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographic evidence is provided

Requirements:

  • Photos must clearly show the deceased chicks inside the original shipping box
  • The shipping label must be visible in at least one photo
  • Claims submitted after the reporting window will not be accepted

What Is Not Covered

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather
  • Losses occurring after the delivery window
  • Improper care, handling, or environmental conditions after arrival
  • Order cancellations after shipment

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment only
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • Customized or special orders may be subject to cancellation fees

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method
  • Or as store credit, at our discretion

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
